Meet Leenoor L. Foning

Founder, Psychotherapist

A Counselling psychologist trained in the United Kingdom, having both BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy Scotland) accredited degrees. She is a registered member of BACP and BPS (British Psychological Society).

Leenoor has 15 years of experience in therapeutic work in London, Scotland and India, in various organizational settings such as schools, NGOs, private clinics and the National Health Services (NHS) UK. Within these settings she has worked with a varied population of clients including vulnerable adults, teenagers, young children and families. Her expertise lies in mental health issues such as depression (including prenatal & postnatal depression), anxiety, stress, trauma (including PTSD) and more. Her practice modality is predominantly “Person Centered” but she also includes elements of “Psychodynamic”, “Cognitive Behavioural Therapy” and “Play therapy” when required.

After relocating from London in 2016, Leenoor started her own counselling practice called MindSpeak in Gurgaon. She specialises in one-to-one counselling, group therapy and training and workshops. She has worked extensively with children and has collaborated with esteemed schools like Vasant Valley, Early Learning Village and Playfulminds. She is currently on the advisory board of Sri Ram Wonder Years (SR Educare). Additionally, Leenoor offers EQ & You coaching classes for children ages 3 and above, focusing on social and emotional learning (SEL). A mother of two, Leenoor is deeply passionate about children as well as mental health.

Meet Jasmine Takhellambam

Jasmine is a dedicated psychologist with over five years of experience at MindSpeak with a passion for working with children. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and has gained valuable experience through internships at hospitals, private clinics and NGOs. She has expanded her practice through an Advanced Child Counseling Certificate Course, where she mastered creative tools for connecting with young minds. Jasmine's compassionate approach is further enhanced by her completion of Compassionate Integrity Training from Life University. Her Foundation course in Art Therapy from Emojar has enriched her therapeutic techniques, allowing her to utilise creative expression to connect with clients on a deeper level. Currently, she is actively involved in facilitating EQ & YOU classes — online and offline — focused on social-emotional learning. She is also involved in therapeutic and intervention work at MindSpeak.

Consultant Clinical Psychologist

A clinical psychologist with APA (American Psychological Association) accredited training in cognitive-behaviour therapy, Ms. Das is currently working with the Special Needs Department at a prestigious school in Delhi. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of Psychology, especially centered on working with children and adolescents, in diverse setups ranging from hospitals, psychiatric centers, support groups, private clinics, to schools and NGOs; both in India and the United States. Having worked with children from different countries and various cultural backgrounds, she strongly believes that the core processes of childhood and adolescence are universal and are key to healthy social and emotional development. She currently devotes her time to helping MindSpeak develop and deliver workshops.
